    By downloading, installing, or using 888 Process ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

    2. Payments & Transactions

    • 888 Process is free to download and use. There are no subscriptions.

    • Sponsors fund events by paying through the platform at the time of event approval. Funds are held by the platform until the event is completed.

    • After event completion, payouts are released to instructors and venues per the agreed terms, minus a platform service fee.

    • All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By using the platform you agree to their terms of service.

    • Refunds for cancelled events are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.

    3. Attendee Tickets

    • Attendees may purchase tickets to events through the platform.

    • Ticket sales revenue is distributed between the instructor, venue, and platform according to the event terms.

    • Ticket refunds are handled per the event's cancellation policy.4. Use License

    Permission is granted to use 888 Process for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not grant you the right to:

    • Modify, distribute, or create derivative works

    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

    • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
