We all struggle to maintain our focus in the age of technology.
We designed this app as a helpful project manager and social pomodoro timer. The key feature is that it locks you out of other apps like social media while you are in a focus session, with no easy way to go around the block like the iOS screen time feature. (If you cancel the timer, you can get into the apps again, but for some reason we have found this act of canceling the timer session and receiving a demerit, to be 100% effective where the iOS Screen Time rules are quickly suppressed. There is also a social aspect to this app - you can start a study session with friends or see how others are focusing for the week (no distracting commenting or chatting, just minor stats, similar to apple fitness.)
