    By downloading, installing, or using GRDN ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

    2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

    GRDN offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:

    • Monthly Access - $8.99/month

    • Annual Access - $24.99/year (Save 25%)

    Subscription Terms:

    • Title: Monthly Access and Annual Access

    • Length: Monthly subscriptions renew each month; Annual subscriptions renew yearly

    • Price: $8.99 per month or $24.99 per year

    • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

    • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

    • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings or App Store settings

    • Free Trial: New users receive a 30-day free trial period

    3. Subscription Management

    • Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

    • Payment: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store

    • Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's App Store

    • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice

    Permission is granted to use GRDN for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not grant you the right to:
